Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Jesus Christ.
1 Thessalonians 5:18
Meditating on this bible verse this morning reveal something important to me that i like to share with you.
The bible says Give thanks… When? In all circumstances, situation whether bad or good, up or down, happy or unhappy, scarcity or abundance, succeed or failure etc for this is God’s will for me and you in Jesus Christ.
It shows us that our gratitude to God must never be conditional. His will to give thanks does not attach to our feeling at all but a principle that must be follow.
Don’t ever wait to have reasons before you give thanks to God,
Every thanks giver always experience multiplication power of God. No matter the situation in your life always give thanks to your Maker because He is the only one that can turn things around for the best.
Oh Lord, am grateful for today and all You have done for me.

I am reminded of 2 friends who faced difficulty that proved to be for their best. One had gall stones and as she was on the table for surgery she had complications and they found heart blockages no one had known about. Due to her painful problem with gallstones her life and future were saved.
Another author wrote of a terrible car accident she was in. (which she is still upset about) I saw God’s providence though because she had to have a body scan and they found a couple cysts in her ovaries and fallopian tubes that they were then able to extract and save her from future problems.
Even when life looks bad– God can use all things for the good.
